What is the guaranteed travel time?
It depends on the contract, and that is what should be stated in writing: the on-site response time, measured from the opening of the incident and not from the team's availability. An SLA which only defines remote response times leaves out precisely the part that matters in this region.
Do you have replacement equipment?
Yes, for critical equipment covered by a contract. A broken switch on a Saturday is only resolved quickly if there is a spare — otherwise, the rapid response merely serves to confirm that you are waiting for the order to arrive.
Do you carry out installations in cold store environments?
Yes, with material suitable for temperature variations and condensation, and with routes designed to allow maintenance without stopping the chamber.
